Support when work feels difficult.
There is a lot on my plate.
01 / Meet Sarah
Sarah works in a private healthcare practice. She cares about her patients and her team, but balancing her responsibilities is becoming difficult.
I do not have to work this out alone.
02 / Finding support
Through Work in Context, Sarah can access workplace support and professional advice.
Someone understands the challenges of my work.
03 / Professional advice
Sarah speaks with an OT about the difficulties she is experiencing at work and the support that may be appropriate.
There is room for a conversation.
04 / Workplace support
With Sarah’s consent, relevant workplace support can be discussed. Her employer remains responsible for workplace decisions.
I can ask for help when things change.
05 / Ongoing access
Sarah can access further advice within her workplace’s agreement. Her private health information is handled according to the explained consent and privacy arrangements.
A better supported working life.
06 / Looking ahead
The aim is to help Sarah feel supported at work and give her employer access to professional input when it is needed.

For Sydney HR & WHS teams
Discuss mental health occupational therapy and early intervention support built around your organisation.
For Sydney employers reviewing mental health at work, workload concerns or workers compensation costs, we can discuss on site mental health OT, mental health workshops and practical workplace support.
We work alongside your existing HR, WHS, treating and insurer arrangements. Any effect on claims costs depends on your workplace and claims circumstances; financial savings are not guaranteed.
Discuss early intervention for your workplaceProfessional advice when it matters
Support for both employers and employees to work through practical workplace questions.
Get professional advice on workplace concerns, with support tailored to your needs.
Advice may involve workload and routines, task design, sensory demands, workplace relationships or mental load. Where a concern needs clinical assessment or a different professional, we help clarify the next step.
Employer access
Your dedicated account manager gets to know your organisation and is your point of contact as your workplace needs evolve.
We learn about your industry, roles, work environments and existing supports. Together, we agree the relevant services, access to virtual mental health OT advice and a subscription or retainer that fits your organisation.
Your agreement sets out included employer and employee advice access, response arrangements and review points. Additional advice beyond the included allowance can be agreed on a pay as you go basis.
Regular conversations help us review what is useful and adjust the service with you. We confirm availability, inclusions and pricing before access begins.
Ask your HR or WHS team whether your workplace has a Work in Context arrangement. Access and included advice depend on your employer’s agreement.
We explain consent and what information may be shared before you use the service. An employer subscription does not give unrestricted access to your health information.
Early intervention tools support reflection and practical workplace options. They do not diagnose a condition, determine fitness or capacity for work, prescribe treatment or replace clinical judgement.
Clinical or complex concerns require an appropriate professional. Work in Context does not replace employer duties, statutory reporting, insurer decisions or workers compensation processes.
